HouseDok so that means we also get an after action report?
Vyrrk Any chance you are going to record the games?
I would love to, but I'm playing with a bunch of Blizzard geeks in the Blizzard library at Blizzard central down in Irvine, CA. I'd imagine they're a bit... touchy about recording stuff like that on campus. I'll find out on Saturday if I can record later sessions, but I doubt I'll be able to get the first session.
Provinto There aren't too many LotFP actual plays (that I've encountered, at least)
As the Impractical Jokers would say, "Weeeeeeeeeellllllllllllllllll…"
I picked LotFP because I wanted to run B/X or BECMI style D&D. I've since found out that the D&D Rules Cyclopedia - the ultimate in BECMI rules and the best D&D ever - is available not only in PDF from DriveThruRPG but as hardcover and softcover PoD. My biggest concern running RC D&D is having my original copy out on the table; however, I've ordered both a HC and a SC (the former to donate to Blizzard's library, the latter to have out on the table) and I'm going to run actual old-school D&D* instead of LotFP.
Provinto I don't think I've ever heard Tim run a game.
Don't worry, you're not missing much. ? I love running, but I think I'm a far better player than I am a GM.
