I've created several campaign wiki's on Obsidian Portal, the longest running one being my King Arthur Pendragon game: https://knights-of-the-realm-1.obsidianportal.com/
I've since moved away (mostly) from Obsidian, as their support seemed to be getting worse, and I expected it would be closing down soon. Without a method to download your data in a useful format. Instead I have worked on theming a mediawiki for the same purpose. This at least gives me total control and I don't lose all my campaign stuff if obsidian gets abandoned.
Examples of the mediawiki stuff:
It takes more effort to set up the mediawiki, but it gives MUCH more control. Also, the database allows for some nifty automations - both functional and aesthetic; automatically tagging NPC's with the adventures in which they appeared, automatically tagging character icons with their clan mons, etc etc.
