Ayslyn not exactly. Based off dialogue, and interviews with the directors, the time travel they use is similar, if not exactly like time travel from 616.
Spoilers abound, but y'all knew that already.
Specifically as mentioned in the Hulk story "Future Imperfect", where Banner Hulk recites a conference in which reed Richards describes every instance of time travel is actually travelling to an alternate reality, hence why Maestro has no memory of going forward in time and meeting an older version of himself, because he didn't.
The directors confirmed this in an interview by saying Old cap spent the rest of his days in a different reality/universe/timeline.
So by that logic the 2014 Thanos that dies in 2023, is from a different reality, one that no longer has to deal with Thanos.
The Ancient One scene sort of confuses the idea of the multi timelines, but her line to Hulk sort of solidifies it:
"If I were to give you this stone to save your reality, id be dooming my own", I think this confirms her being not from their actual past, but a universe in which is so similar to be almost exact.
So based off of that we know there are a bunch of different timelines/realities that move forward.
2012 where Hydra dudes think Cap is part of Hydra, even though their cap doesn't know about it, yet he knows Bucky is alive.
A 70s Howard Stark that might act completely different as a father to a young Tony, as well as Hank Pym possibly finding out his Pym particles were stolen, which could change his course of action.
2014 where Thanos and nebula are dead, and their Gamora never meets her reality's Quill as she's in a different reality now. So Ronan might mess up that universe.
Theres a bunch.
