Kimi way late but how is how I run my pbp game.
I have location based channels.
I can tag individual players and the whole group.
All action scenes go in turn order and we wait for players to take their turns.
Players post what they do and what they say and I or other players reply when they can.
Sometimes things happen fast and a scene can play out in an hour, other times a similar scene can take days or even a week.
If someone doesn't reply or have posted a notice that they are currently bussy they "go with the flow" just as if they are missing from a regular game (nothing good nor bad happens to the pc).
In short you get what you put in to the game just as in a home game, and you can run the game slow if you want.
I run as people post, Sir Guido run more strict and you have a time limit to join the current scene.
It is interesting and have some positive thing to it, often the players with similar posting times start conversations and roll playing by themselves.
As long as you have 5-10 minutes to spend on the game sporadically you will have a good time.
